Safety objectives will be cascaded throughout the business from Director level to to Site level and will be applied to all offices and operational work sites managed by the company. Adequate and competent resources will be committed and deployed to ensure that health and safety objectives and the process of continual improvement is achieved. The Company Manager and Advisors will monitor the effectiveness of the Policy outside of the line management structure and advise and instruct on safe working practices.
The Policy will be kept under constant review and revised annually or when required, to ensure true reflection of the business and current legislative and industry standards.
Staffs are empowered by the HSE Policy. All staff attends mandatory HSE training and regular refresher training’s are conducted on-site by Safety Engineers.
HSE Systems includes (Job Safety Analysis, Permit to Work, DROP Checklist, etc.) are in place to identify, eliminate or mitigate the risks.
HSE Division prepares annual plan for internal & external audits to meet contractual obligation with clients and to comply with the Code of Practice. Further, after analyzing the previous year accidents and incidents, weakness areas are identified; specific audits are also carried out to eliminate or reduce the risk levels. |
